TIS - What are your thoughts?

As you all know, TIS positions are new for Mercer County. I am your TIS, and I would encourage you to reflect on the position. Is it helpful? hurtful? An asset? A burden? Beneficial? Or a waste? Is it needed or not? Should it be refunded? What can make it better? You get the idea. I look forward to reading your thoughts.
